This blog contains articles that I have written in the very deep and broad field of personal and spiritual growth. In particular, I am interested in sharing my enthusiasm, experiences and insights relating to the very important business of happiness.
We all want it though we may not all share the same beliefs about how we may be happy. In my personal journey and in my work in mentoring and guiding people into greater self-awareness, self-acceptance and, consequently, greater happiness, I have observed that significant learning happens when we question some of our very basic assumptions.
You will find articles here that will often invite you to become more aware of, and question many of your typical ways of thinking, feeling, speaking and behaving. I say ‘invite’ rather than ‘challenge’ because I feel that the energy of ‘invitation’ is a far more empowering form of energy than the energy of ‘challenge’. I shall have more to say about that in one of my articles.
For now, it is my hope that you will find something of use in the material posted here! Please feel free to leave your comments and be assured that I will read them with appreciation for the time and thought you gave to writing them!

I discontinued the forum because it was getting predominantly unsolicited registrations i.e. promotional/spam.
