I received a request for some advice and a meditation from a person who is struggling to overcome years of oppression in his country of birth. He feels unable to make much progress personally and professionally in the country he has immigrated to. He said: “I have developed several emotional issues like lack of self confidence, [...] I once saw that on a bumper sticker! “Don’t believe everything you think!” Excellent advice, if you ask me.
